I have noticed a major improvement for my ED when taking 20mg cialis and drinking a few strong cups of coffee through the day.

I noticed this by accident. I have read on some sites that caffeine can cause ED, so I totally stopped drinking coffee. Over the following months I had a disturbing loss of sex drive, and the Cialis only seemed to work well for 24 hours. I was afraid that my body had possibly adapted to Cialis and it was losing effectiveness.

I started drinking coffee again, and to my surprise, the Cialis became effective again for 72 hours, plus my sex drive was boosted. Something for the Cialis researchers to think about.

One disadvantage for me of using C with caffeine, is that I get moderate heartbearn, especially at night. This can be avoided using antacid tablets.

Caffeine should make the Cialis go into the blood stream more fast. Its like the Irish Coffee with whiskey:)

Not sure what this does for the blood pressure...
