|
|
After a prostate surgery I started to use Viagra to treat my ED. I had heartburn and got only a 3/4 erection. My doctor recommend me Levitra after this but the results were almost similar.
I am now using Cialis, the heartburn is gone but I am still getting a 3/4 erection. Both nerve bundles were saved and my doctor says that it goes well.
Am I expecting a full recovery too soon, will a vacuum device help me? How much time it takes to a full full possible recovery?
Thank you,
Martin. |

| I tried a vacuum tube and it was of absolutely no practical use. In addition, I have since learned that use of a vacuum tube device MAY be a cause of Peyronie's disease (however it is spelled), which is manifested by a curving of the penis due to internal scar tissue. Painful for some. Happened to me and I think the tube may have been the cause. |

Hi Paul,
I know that you mean. The vacuum device has many disadvantages. You have to stop the fore play and start pumping...It takes awat all the moment.
Theoretically the device will rush blood to your penis and this will make the erection to be possible. I tried vacuum devices with no good results and now I switched to pills- Viagra and Cialis.
What do you use now?
Good luck

| Hello, this reminds me that my father has also been advised by the doctors to go for a prostrate surgery, but after coming to know about the ED problems I am a bit nervous. Can anyone tell me whether the chances of ED are very much on post surgery. In fact neither do I have a detailed idea of the ED nor the prostrate surgery so any kind of help would be appreciable and I can make my dad to go for this surgery without any concern. Looking forward for your answers. |

| Its possible for your father to have ED problems after a surgery. I guess that it depends of the surgery performed. The best thing would be to ask the doctor on this. However I know that this can be treated. |
